About Us
No Limits Performing Arts Studio offers a vary of dance and performing arts classes for all ages. We are located at The Play Place in Elmsford NY, with over 3,500 square feet of studio space featuring a big beautiful lounge, closed circuit TV viewing and high-grade Marley & Wood Floor studios. No Limits is one of the top dance facilities in the area. It's the only place where siblings won't be bored as they can play at Westchester's best indoor place to play while they wait. They can also take a soccer or tennis class or just hang out with mom or dad in the lounge.
Students look forward to performing in the Annual Recital Showcase, and Dancers who yearn for the stage beyond their recital can audition for our Dance Team. Students who show passion for more than dancing, can participate in our Broadway Bows Theatre Program and experience singing, dancing & acting all in once scene.
Once a child is walking and able to follow simple instructions, they are ready to enter the fun and engaging world of dance and performing arts. You’re never too young or too old to start dancing and performing. Just pick a class and go for it!

Recreational Programs
Mini Movers
Mini Movers is a joyful and engaging dance program designed for little ones ages 1-2 and their grown-ups to move, groove, and bond together! This class introduces basic dance concepts, rhythm, and creative movement in a fun, interactive setting where toddlers build coordination, confidence, and social skills—all with the support of their favorite adult by their side. With music, props, and playful exercises, Mini Movers makes the first steps into dance a magical experience for both child and caregiver! Mini Mover classes are offered as Half year programs; September- January and February- June. The classes will offer in class showcases at the end of each session to share their progression with loved ones.
Tots in Motion
Tots in Motion is the perfect introduction to dance for active and curious toddlers ages 2-4 ! Designed for young movers, this program combines creative movement, basic dance techniques, and playful exercises to develop coordination, balance, and musicality. With an emphasis on fun, imagination, and self-expression, Tots in Motion helps little dancers build confidence, socialize, and explore the joy of movement in an exciting and supportive environment. Tots in motion classes are offered on a half year and a full year schedule. Classes that are 45 minutes long will be offered September- January and January- June. These classes will have in studio showcases to share their progress with loved ones. Classes that are 1 hour will be offered from September- June and will perform in our end of year recital at a theatre.
KinderGroove
KinderGroove is a fun, high-energy dance program designed for kindergarten-aged dancers to explore a variety of dance styles in an engaging and supportive environment. Through music, movement, and creative expression, young dancers develop coordination, rhythm, and confidence while learning the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and more. With an emphasis on fun, friendship, and foundational technique, KinderGroove nurtures a love for dance while building skills that will last a lifetime! All of these classes have rolling admissions with the class beginning in September and ends in June. These classes will perform in our end of year recital held at a theatre.
No Limits Core
No Limits Core is the foundation of our recreational dance training, designed for dancers ages 5- 13 and all skill levels who want to learn, grow, and express themselves through movement. This program offers a fun, supportive, and engaging environment where students can explore a variety of dance styles—including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, and contemporary—while building technique, confidence, and a love for dance. Whether dancing for fun, fitness, or personal growth, our Core Dance Program provides a well-rounded, high-quality dance education with no pressure, just passion! The No Limits Core Classes offering rolling admissions with the classes beginning in September and ending in June. All of these classes will perform in our end of year recital at a theatre in June.
Broadway Bows Musical Theatre
Broadway Bows Musical Theatre is the ultimate program for young performers ready to sing, dance, and act their way to the spotlight! Designed to develop triple-threat talent, this program gives students the opportunity to train in vocal performance, dance technique, and acting skills while building confidence and stage presence. Throughout the season, students will rehearse and perform in two full-scale musicals, bringing their hard work and passion to life on stage. Whether they’re stepping into the spotlight for the first time or looking to refine their craft, Broadway Bows is the perfect place for young stars to shine, grow, and take a bow!

Connect Apprenticeship
Connect Apprenticeship is the perfect entry point for young dancers ready to take their first steps into the competitive dance world. Designed for dedicated dancers looking to build strong foundations in technique, performance, and teamwork, this program bridges the gap between recreational and competitive training. Through focused instruction in various dance styles, stage presence, and choreography, dancers will gain the skills and confidence needed to prepare for the next level of competition. With a supportive team environment and exciting performance opportunities, Connect Apprenticeship is where young dancers learn to train like competitors, perform like professionals, and grow together! There are three levels in our apprenticeship program and each has their own requirements.
Balance Competition Team
Balance Competition Team is the premier training ground for dedicated dancers ready to push their limits, perfect their technique, and shine on stage. This elite team is designed for performers who are passionate about growth, artistry, and competitive excellence, with a strong focus on versatility, teamwork, and stage presence. Dancers train in multiple styles, refine their skills through intensive rehearsals, and showcase their talent at regional and national competitions. With expert coaching, a supportive team atmosphere, and a commitment to both strength and grace, Balance Competition Team empowers dancers to perform with confidence, compete with passion, and achieve their full potential. This team is required to take Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Stretch & Strength along with committing to their team group dances.
Limitless Rising
Limitless Rising is an elite training program designed for dedicated dancers seeking to elevate their artistry and technical skills without the pressures of competition. This program provides intensive, well-rounded training in multiple dance styles, with a focus on technique, performance quality, and personal growth. Dancers will have the opportunity to work with industry professionals, participate in masterclasses, and perform in showcases, preparing them for future opportunities in professional dance, college programs, and beyond. With an emphasis on discipline, creativity, and excellence, Balance Pre-Professional is the perfect program for dancers looking to refine their craft and take their training to the next level. Each dancers schedule will be designed based on their own goals.

"Limitless Club"
Your membership will include the following:
- 6-7 Free Parents Night Out- These are themed events that we host typically 1 Friday Night a month from 6pm- 9pm. All current students get to attend for free and will receive pizza, juice and chips for dinner along with an evening jammed pack with fun. Siblings receive a discount to join these events.
- Free Open play on the day you have dance!
- Exclusive access to all camps and events happening at No Limits and The Play Place.

Studio Policies
Missed classes may only be made up by prior appointment in order to maintain the proper student-teacher ratio. If you know you are going to be absent from class, contact us in advance to arrange for a make up class within four weeks. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR MISSED CLASSES. All make-up classes must be completed by April 1st. Please refer to No Limits Performing Arts calendar for vacation closings. Classes missed due to inclement weather may be made up in a class currently on the schedule. After any three of the same class is missed due to inclement weather, any further cancellations will have a make up class scheduled with the instructor. Cancellations by our staff will have a separate makeup class scheduled.
CLASS TARDINESS:
Due to the physical nature of dancing, should a child arrive more than 10 minutes late to class, they will only be allowed to observe for that day. This is not to "punish" the child, but to prevent physical injuries that can occur when the student is not properly warmed up.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
We are offering 3 payment options this year. You can choose anyone you like. Please note that each child will have the first 4 classes from the time of registration to try the class. If you choose to discontinue coming at the end of the 4 classes we will stop all payments. If your deposit was larger than the cost of the 4 classes the balance will be returned. After the first 4 classes refunds, credits and/or discontinuing payments will no longer be possible. If you would like to put your account on hold or pause due to other activities, family events or any other reason you can do so for $20 a month, this will hold your child's spot in the class. If your child is unhappy in the class they are registered for we are happy to have them try another class to find the best fit for them. Once recital dances begin in March your child must stay in the class that they are registered for to ensure they are ready to take the stage in June.
We will Pro-rate tuition beginning November 1, 2024 for the pay in full and 4 installments payment options. The pay monthly will stay the same as the deposit amount due.*No Limits Performing Arts Studio RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A CLASS OR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS AS NECESSARY*

2026 Summer Performing Arts Experience
No Limits is excited to offer 10 weeks of summer camp for the summer of 2026! Each week will have a special theme that the campers will dive into during each of their activities. Read here for sample schedules and more day to day details.

Week 1: Party in the USA
Week 1 of summer camp is June 29th- July 3rd. Celebrating the 4th of July with Party in the USA camp we will be exploring Jazz, Hip Hop and simple tumbling during dance classes. Each group will be learning to sing songs and dances that tie into our theme that will be performed on Thursday July 3rd around 3pm. Start the summer off strong with this week of celebrating!
Week 2: Under the Sea
Week 2 of Summer Camp we will be diving into the water to dance with mermaids, fish, battle with pirates and sing with lobsters! During Under the Sea week campers will explore ballet, lyrical and jazz dance while also learning some of their favorite music sang by their favorite under water characters.
Week 3: Around the World in 5 Days
Week 3 of Summer Camp we will be hiking, flying, swimming around the world to learn dances from countries like Ireland, Spain, Australia, Ivory Coast and more! Campers will also learn to sing songs in other languages.
Week 4: Christmas in July
Week 4 of Summer Camp we will be cooling off from the summer heat with some winter magic! During this week of camp we will be exploring ALL things Nutcracker related. This week the campers will focus on ballet and will be singing their favorite Holiday songs. All campers who participate in this camp will be invited to join our 2025- 2026 Winter Performance Opening Number.
Week 5: Under the Big Top
Week 5 of Summer Camp we will be running away to join the circus! All campers will learn to flip like acrobats, juggle like clowns and perform like the bearded lady! Campers will focus on tumbling, hip hop and jazz dance during this week. There will also be a strong emphasis on acting this week so we can clown around like the best clowns do!
Week 6- Popstars and Superheros
Week 6 of Summer Camp we will be taking to the spotlight like our favorite Popstars and Superheros! Learn to strut your stuff like you are singing to a stadium full of people or saving the world from aliens. Campers will focus on street jazz, commercial dance, jazz and Hip hop dance. Campers will also work on their performance quality in acting classes and learn to sing some of their favorite pop songs.
Week 7: Summer at Hogwarts
Week 7 of Summer Camp we will be creating potions, flying broomsticks and dancing with fantastic creatures! Our campers (wizards) will be focusing modern, lyrical and improvisation dance. They will also be singing some of their favorite halloween songs.
Week 8: Movie Mania
Week 8 of Summer Camp we will be getting behind the camera for dancing, singing and acting. Our campers will be immersing themselves in their favorite movies while creating their own music video. Campers will be a part of this creative process from beginning to end allowing them to pick the songs, the styles of dance and the movies they focus on.
Week 9: Candy Land Adventure (Color War)
Week 9 of camp we will have a full camp competition! This will span over the dance and sports camp. Our dancers will still have all of their dance, singing and acting classes along with the Candy Land Adventure Competition. The campers will focus on Jazz and Hip Hop this week and karaoke with their favorite songs.

Christmas in July, why not?? NLPAS does a Nutcracker every December and this is the perfect way to get an insider look at what this coming seasons Nutcracker might look like. Our Nutcracker is not ballet based, it is a remix of the traditional Nutcracker. So come and have Christmas in July with us and take Hip Hop, jazz, tap, lyrical and Acrobatics class with us! Kids who participate this week will get an invite to join the December Nutcracker!

Dance Birthday Parties are a great way to bring everybody together for dancing, fun and games! We provide our facility's studios and lobby, as well as our phenomenal instructors to facilitate the entire party from dancing, to pizza, to cake and more! We customize our parties specifically to the birthday boys' and girls' interests and themes, so that the very best memories can be made! We will be there every step of the way from set up to clean up; so that your family can enjoy the party too! Contact us for booking availability, and further details!
